At DDLG World, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your new fashion finds. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log into your customer portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment shows no signs of wear or washing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
